“Khibrah”: A Digital Platform Connecting Courts with Experts to Facilitate Litigation

The “Khibrah” platform continues to play a key role in streamlining litigation procedures by connecting courts and judicial bodies with specialized experts across various fields. The platform has registered 7,522 experts in disciplines such as engineering, accounting, and law, while the total number of requests received since its launch has exceeded 23,000.

This initiative is part of the Ministry of Justice’s ongoing efforts to enhance the judicial system, aligning with the ministry’s digital transformation strategy. The platform aims to expedite litigation processes, ensure swift justice, improve the quality of expert reports submitted to courts, and uphold the highest standards of transparency and efficiency in judicial operations.

“Khibrah” serves as an advanced digital solution that has significantly streamlined the expert appointment process, reducing the burden on courts and ensuring the delivery of accurate, well-founded reports that support the justice system.

It is worth noting that Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani directed the launch of “Khibrah” to facilitate expert consultations through a system that accelerates expert opinions and shortens litigation durations.
